چکیده
In the past decade, supercomputing has witnessed a paradigm shift from massively parallel supercomputers to network computers. Though dedicated high end supercomputers still have their place in the market yet combined unused CPU cycles of desktop PCs available in the campus network can form comparable virtual supercomputers. Consequently, Parallel Processing in a network of PCs are attracted a boost of attention and becoming one of the most promising areas of large scale scientific computing. In this paper, we are presenting Grid-enabled PC Cluster (GPCC), exhibiting low latency and bandwidth scalable sub-communication system. The design of the GPCC is such that it keeps in view the socket buffer size of local and non-local nodes in the network environment. The design is relatively easy to use, inexpensive to apply and extremely accurate. The highly accurate results provided by TCP/IP ping-pong were coupled with parallel matrix multiplication benchmark. Parallel Matrix Multiplication (PMM) performance benchmark is used to test the GPCC for node-to-node network performance and parallel floating point performance of all involved processor in a local and non-local cluster environment. PMM benchmark is developed on the basis of master-slave model using dynamic distribution scheme.

Network Parameters Evaluation in Vehicular Ad-hoc Network (VANET) Routing Protocols for Efficient Message Delivery in City Environment
Abstract- Efficient message delivery in city environment is required to ensure driver’s safety and passenger’s comfortability. In cities of developed nations, routing of data in vehicular Ad hoc Network (VANET) faces many challenges such as radio obstacles, mobility constraints and uneven nodes distribution. These factors primarily makes communication between vehicles complex. To overcome and t...

The interactions among peers in Peer-to-Peer systems as a distributed collaborative system are based on asynchronous and unreliable communications. Trust is an essential and facilitating component in these interactions specially in such uncertain environments. Various attacks are possible due to large-scale nature and openness of these systems that affects the trust. Peers has not enough inform...

متن کاملTracking performance of incremental LMS algorithm over adaptive distributed sensor networks
in this paper we focus on the tracking performance of incremental adaptive LMS algorithm in an adaptive network. For this reason we consider the unknown weight vector to be a time varying sequence. First we analyze the performance of network in tracking a time varying weight vector and then we explain the estimation of Rayleigh fading channel through a random walk model. Closed form relations a...

Events with low probability and high impact, which annually cause high damages, seriously threaten the health of the distribution networks. Hence, more attention to the issue of enhancing network resilience and continuity of power supply, feels more than ever, all over the world. In modern distribution networks, because of the increasing presence of distributed generation resources, an alternat...
